In the space of the cloud-filled space, the clusters of bridge crab blooming like beautiful round boxes, covered with a layer of gentle purple, light pink, and blue.
Flowers grow close to the slope, jostling to show off their beauty in the typical cold of Mau Son peak in the early morning.
The fog moving slowly in the early morning sun makes the entire flower valley seem to wear a thin, vague coat, making each hydrangea flower fragile and mysterious.

According to Lao Dong reporters, since the beginning of May, the number of tourists, especially young people, coming to Mau Son (Mau Son commune, Loc Binh district) has increased dramatically, especially on weekends.
Due to the large number of passengers, many small roads were partially congested. The line of vehicles crosses winding roads, winding through mountain clouds to catch up to "hunt" for the early blooming hydrangea flower season.
Ms. Trieu Hai Yen (Lang Son City) shared: "It feels like getting lost in a miniature Da Lat in the border area. Every year, when the season comes, the hydrangeas bloom all over the slopes, with large and even flowers".
Along the road leading to the top, groups of young people holding phones and cameras, eagerly posing next to the blooming flower beds. Some people had to queue for dozens of minutes just to take photos without getting caught.

To have beautiful photos that are not affected too much by fog, visitors should go to Mau Son peak around noon.
Not only flowers, a seemingly simple snack, the ice cream printed on the top of Mau Son, suddenly became an attractive highlight. Each ice cream tree is molded into a typical mountain shape, covered with a layer of cloud-covered chocolate, making visitors enjoy taking photos and filming clips to post on TikTok and Instagram.

Shops along the road to the top of the mountain also quickly caught the trend, opening more ice cream selling points, combined with selling tickets to visit the hydrangeas flower garden with prices ranging from 30,000 - 50,000 VND/time.
Talking to reporters, the leader of the People's Committee of Loc Binh district, Lang Son province said that from the beginning of summer until autumn, Mau Son peak is one of the places that attracts visitors, especially when the hydrangeas bloom in May and June.

This year, the number of visitors has increased dramatically, it is estimated that during the hydrangea season, Mau Son will welcome about 70,000 - 80,000 visitors.
Brocade hydrangeas in Mau Son appeared around the beginning of the 20th century, when the French came here to build resorts and grow them around the garden. Since 2011, the locality has expanded this tree species to create a highlight for the tourist area. Flowers are commonly grown in restaurants and hotels, in front of people's houses for decoration.
In addition to the flower gardens, visitors can take a walk to visit some remaining villas and castles containing wine basins in the tourist area. In addition, the Dao Khuoi Cap, Khuoi Tang, Long Dau stream, and Mau Son ancient shrine are some famous destinations that attract tourists.
