Yen Bai organizes a series of festivals to attract a large number of people and tourists to visit in the early Spring of At Ty 2025.

In Luc Yen district, 4 festivals will take place in early spring, including: An Phu Commune's Village Communal House Festival on February 2 (January 5); Muong Lai Commune's Xo May Festival on February 8-9 (January 11 and 12); Suoi Tien Temple Festival on February 8-9 (January 11 and 12) and Hang Sao Pagoda Festival on Tan Lap Commune's full moon in January.

Tran Yen district organizes 8 major festivals to celebrate the Spring of At Ty, including: Doc Village Communal House Festival held on January 31 (January 3) at Doc Village Communal House, Viet Hong Commune; Quy Mong Communal House and Temple Festival will be held on February 4 (January 7) at Quy Mong Communal House and Temple, Quy Mong Commune; Hoa Quan Communal House Festival and Cuong Thinh Communal House Festival will both be held on February 4 (January 7).

At the same time, Long Tong Festival will take place on February 12 (January 15) in Kien Thanh commune; Hoa Cuong Temple Festival will take place on February 10 and 11 (January 13 and 14) at Hoa Cuong Temple, Hoa Cuong commune; Ha Bang La Temple Festival in Viet Cuong commune and Ghenh Linh Temple Festival in Y Can commune will both take place on February 13 (January 16).

This year, Dong Cuong Temple will be held on February 2 and 3 (ie January 5-6, At Ty year) at the Dong Cuong Temple National Historical and Cultural Relic Complex, in Ben Den village, Dong Cuong commune, Van Yen district.

The festival aims to promote the traditional cultural values ​​of Dong Cuong Temple Festival, which is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage, and to continue to promote the movement of "All people unite to build a cultural life". At the same time, to protect, preserve and develop the cultural values ​​of the nation, meeting the increasingly high spiritual and cultural needs of the ethnic groups in the district.

The events also create space and opportunities for the local communities, mediums, musicians and artists of Chau Van singing from all over the country to gather at Dong Cuong Temple to offer incense to the Mother Goddess and participate in Hau Dong performances to promote the cultural values ​​of Mother Goddess worship that have been recognized by UNESCO.
