Not waiting for spring as usual, the plum blossoms in Moc Chau seem to be more eager, blooming early, creating a dreamy scene covering the mountains and forests in white. From Na Ka valley, Pa Phach village... everywhere appears a pure beauty like a fairyland.
Walking along the small paths winding through the plum blossom forests, each gust of wind carries the sweet scent of flowers, mixed with the cold air of early winter. Clusters of tiny white flowers bloom one after another, covering the hillsides and valleys. From afar, the plum blossom forests look like they are covered with a thin white veil.
In particular, the early season plum blossoms do not bloom densely but bloom sporadically, creating a subtle highlight in the cold winter days. This is also the ideal time when the flowers still retain their shy, gentle beauty, suitable for visitors to check-in with the natural scenery.
Mr. Trang A Nang, owner of Na Kha plum garden, Moc Chau Farm town, informed: "The best time to see plum blossoms is usually in late November and early December. This is the time when plum blossoms bloom moderately, just enough for visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature and also when the plum garden attracts a large number of visitors."
Every year, Ms. Bich Hanh - a tourist from Hanoi, arranges her work to go to Moc Chau to see the plum blossoms blooming early.
She shared: "Plum blossoms always give me a very magical feeling. Standing here, my heart feels like it is in harmony with the slow breathing of the mountain nature."
Moc Chau has no shortage of flower seasons, but plum blossoms always have a special place. It is not only the physical beauty, but also the harmony of nature and culture, a characteristic that anyone who sets foot here will find hard to forget.
