Early in the weekend morning, we were at the foot of Mui Dien - considered the first sunrise welcome spot on the mainland of Vietnam.
Previously, Mui Dien belonged to Phu Yen province, after the merger it is now part of Hoa Xuan commune, Dak Lak province.
To reach the first dawn of the Fatherland, we began our journey at 4am. At that time, the night was still upon them, taking quiet steps on the 500m long mountain mountain range.

The small winding road is bordered by thick green forests, worried crows, and the sea is vast and the waves are waving. The fresh air and salty sea winds make your footsteps full of excitement even though they are tired.
Some people compare this journey to a staircase to heaven - where each step is one step closer to the first light of the new day.
When we reached the top, the sight in front of us overwhelmed us. The sea and sky blend together, the white clouds are absent, in the distance the first ray of lightning appears on the horizon.

Gradually, the round, red sunlight gradually emerged from the sea, the glowing light on each wave.
Everyone was almost silent, only the sound of applause and the sound of the camera rang repeatedly, recording that sacred moment.
On the top of Mui Dien, the more than 100-year-old lighthouse stands firm in the sky as a witness to time, a symbol of resilience in the far East of the Fatherland. The red flag with a yellow star flew among the deep blue sky, moving everyone.
Ms. Tran Dieu Linh, from Lam Dong province, shared that the moment the sun gradually rises amidst the sound of waves and the strong wind of the sea, makes her feel less trapped, as if all the precious things are being washed away.
Just stand there, take in a breath of salty wind and watch the first sunlight touch the sea, I feel like I am being given more energy for the whole new day - Ms. Linh shared more.

Leaving the lighthouse, visitors can go down to Mon Beach - a place that is considered a companion of Mui Dien.
On one side is an arch-shaped beach with smooth white sand and water as if cut into pieces; on the other side is a rocky cape extending out to the big sea - the place to welcome the first dawn on the mainland of Vietnam.
The harmony between the sea, sky and mountains creates a natural picture that is both majestic and poetic, making anyone who has set foot there wish to come back again.
Mr. Ho Van Lam, in Dak Lak, shared that the trip left him with many special emotions and he will definitely return to Mui Dien one day soon.

Bai Mon - Mui Dien has been ranked as a national scenic relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism since 2008.
In recent years, this place has become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists. Currently, the relic site is managed by the People's Committee of Dong Hoa Ward (Dak Lak Province), assigned to the Dong Hoa Culture - Sports and broadcasting Center to directly preserve and exploit its value.
On average, Bai Mon - Mui Dien welcomes about 10,000 visitors per month. Among them, there are hundreds of international tourists.
