Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) continues to be the tourist center of the coastal city every summer. This year, the festival takes place on weekends from May 30 to July 11 with 6 nights of performances by the Han River, promising to bring spectacular fireworks displays and a vibrant festival atmosphere throughout the summer.

Main stand by the Han River
The main stand area is still a priority choice for many tourists thanks to the direct view of the stage and fireworks display at Han River Port. The stands are located on Tran Hung Dao street, opposite the fireworks display area, helping audiences to fully watch both the art performance and synchronous fireworks displays with music.
In recent years, this area has often been expanded with many different seating classes, suitable for both family and group tourists who want to have a comfortable fireworks viewing experience, without having to jostle in the crowded flow of people.
The price to watch fireworks at the main stand ranges from 1.5 to 4 million VND/person/night of competition depending on the seat class.
Bridges across the Han River
If you want to find free viewing spots, visitors can choose famous bridges of Da Nang such as Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, Thuan Phuoc Bridge or Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
From these locations, visitors can observe fireworks reflected on the Han River water and the panoramic view of the city lighting up at night. However, on peak nights or finals, the bridge area is often very crowded, so many people are present early to maintain a good position.
Rooftop and cafe upstairs
One of the trends loved by many young tourists in recent years is watching fireworks from rooftop bars or cafes upstairs. From the upper floors looking down, the entire Han River space and the bright fireworks clusters appear quite complete, especially suitable for taking photos and videos.

Sailing on the Han River continues to be an experience chosen by many tourists in recent DIFF seasons. Boats usually anchor at licensed locations to ensure wide and safe viewing during fireworks displays.
From the deck, visitors can both have dinner, listen to music, and watch fireworks at a fairly close distance. The space on the river also helps to limit the jostling situation like in the central area.
Han River and central streets
In addition to the main stands, many local people and tourists often gather along riverside roads such as Bach Dang, Tran Hung Dao, Tran Phu or the East Coast Park area to watch free fireworks. These are areas with the most vibrant festival atmosphere every summer.
Riverside cafes and restaurants are also often fully booked on weekends when DIFF takes place. Therefore, many tourists choose to book tables or rooms early to have a good location.
Son Tra Peninsula and coastal area
For those who prefer a quieter space, Son Tra Peninsula or My Khe coastal hotels are suitable choices. Although far from the fireworks display area, these locations can still observe large fireworks clusters in the city sky.
From the high points in Son Tra, visitors can also combine to admire the panoramic view of Da Nang at night with the Han River, Dragon Bridge and stretches of light stretching along the coast.
Note that because the number of visitors flocking to the center of Da Nang during fireworks nights is often very large, tourists should proactively book hotel rooms, stand tickets or yacht services early.
