Runner-upTruong Thi May and her mother explored the Dharamsala Buddhist center in India. She was surprised by the ancient architecture here.
Situated halfway up the Kangra Valley in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamsala is known as one of the world's oldest centers of Buddhist learning.Runner-up Truong Thi May visited and enjoyed the scenery here in December 2024. Her trip was more meaningful when she went with her mother. This was a beautiful memory for her when she went with her mother to special places, especially when her mother was still healthy.In Dharamsala, runner-up Truong Thi May visited ancient Buddhist monasteries, met and listened to senior monks preach about Buddhism.“I am very happy to be here with my mother. Even though the evening in Dharamsala is very cold, being next to my mother I feel very warm because of her love and protection…”, Truong Thi May shared.Admiring the ancient architecture of monasteries and pagodas makes Truong Thi May happy. Although she has had the opportunity to visit many places in the world, Truong Thi May believes that the sacred land of Buddhism is the place that moves her the most.She said this was a meaningful and memorable trip for her and her mother.Runner-up enjoys fresh air in the Himalayas.Truong Thi May wants to have many memories with her family, and at the same time help her mother take care of the small family.
