On August 27, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province informed that the locality has completed the implementation of Dak Lak Culture, Tourism and Cuisine Week 2025.
The week aims to honor the cultural identity of ethnic groups, promote traditional cuisine, OCOP products, coffee and local specialties to tourists.
This is an opportunity for localities and businesses to promote exchanges, promote culture - tourism and create momentum to promote trade and services. Thereby, contributing to ensuring the province's economic growth target of 8% or more in 2025.
It is expected that about 300 booths will participate in this year's week. In which, there are more than 200 booths of travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, transport companies, training facilities and specialty production and processing units...
Stalls of departments, branches, tourism associations, and localities in the province, artisans and households will introduce traditional cuisine, handicrafts and regional specialties. Thereby, creating a diverse and identity-rich space.
The food district will bring the Regional Food Competition, introducing hundreds of delicious dishes from traditional, vegetarian, international to street food...
At the same time, the exhibition area displays specialties and OCOP products with items such as coffee, souvenirs and many typical specialties of the province.
