Forecast location is about 9.8 degrees North latitude and 109.0 degrees East longitude, on the sea from Ninh Thuan to Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Storm intensity reduced to level 6, gust level 8.
The danger zone is between 9.0 degrees North latitude and 12.0 degrees North latitude and 108.0 degrees East longitude and 112.0 degrees East longitude. The level of natural disaster risk is level 3.
The storm affects the southwestern sea area between the East Sea and the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
At 7:00 a.m. on December 26, the tropical depression weakened from storm No. 10 and continued to move in a West-Southwest direction at a speed of 10-15 km/h and weakened into a low-pressure area.
Forecast location is approximately 9.6 degrees North latitude and 107.7 degrees East longitude, on the sea from Binh Thuan to Bac Lieu. Wind intensity below level 6.
Due to the influence of the tropical depression weakening from storm No. 10, the southwestern sea area between the East Sea and the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria - Vung Tau (including Phu Quy island district) will have strong winds of level 6-7, the area near the storm center will have strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 10. Waves will be 2.0-5.0m high, rough seas.
Vessels operating in this danger zone are subject to storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
