As one of the accommodation establishments operating for many years in Thinh Long Sea Tourist Area, Ms. Tran Thi Cam - said that no year has the number of visitors coming to stay been as crowded and regular as this summer.
Previously, customers mainly gathered on weekends or holidays, and on weekdays it was quite deserted. But since the opening of the tourist season, customers have come much more regularly. There are weeks when room occupancy is full, even on weekdays there are customers booking rooms. My house has 54 rooms, and on weekends it has been fully booked a month in advance," Ms. Cam shared.
According to Ms. Cam, the increase in the number of visitors helps significantly improve revenue, creating stable jobs for seasonal workers. The facility also invests in more equipment, renovates rooms and improves service quality to meet the needs of tourists.
Similarly, at Mr. Le Anh Tuan's family's hotel, there are 39 rooms, the number of guests staying is stable, especially on weekends, all rooms are fully booked.
To retain tourists and build a good image, many accommodation establishments list stable prices at 400,000 - 800,000 VND/night.
Mr. Tran Duy Tuan (from Hung Yen) shared: "The beach here is wide, the water is clear and blue, gradually helping tourism in Thinh Long become much more vibrant than last year. I went on the weekend, so the road to the beach was crowded and congested.
Not only accommodation establishments, many coastal seafood restaurants are also busy serving tourists. Restaurant owners said that to ensure fresh food sources, seafood is imported from early morning or purchased directly from fishermen as soon as ships dock.
At the same time, establishments also proactively increase personnel and prepare materials in advance to meet the increasing number of tourists during the tourist season.
Facility owners expect the locality to continue to organize more cultural and entertainment activities and promote the image of Thinh Long beach, thereby attracting more and more tourists and extending the length of stay.
Mr. Tran Minh Dang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Thinh commune said that after the opening ceremony of Ninh Binh Sea Tourism Season 2026, the number of tourists to Thinh Long Sea Tourist Area increased significantly and remained quite stable. This is a positive sign, contributing to helping accommodation establishments, restaurants and tourism services improve revenue, create more jobs and income for local people.
