Recently, the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 23 stipulating a number of policies to support tourism development in the province in the period 2026 - 2030.
The Resolution takes effect from June 8, 2026 with many attractive support levels.
The subjects of application include individuals, households, cooperatives, cooperative groups, management boards, tourism businesses and residential communities in the area.
Some support policies such as preserving traditional culture associated with tourism with items such as supporting the preservation and tile roofing of yin and yang traditional houses, the funding level is 100 million VND/roof of at least 100m2 according to the traditional architecture of ethnic minorities in tourist areas and spots.
Support 100 million VND/homestay for new construction and 40 million VND/homestay for repair.
Support 70 million VND for ethnic art troupes in tourist areas and spots to purchase and repair equipment, props, and costumes (minimum 10 members, 5 performances and commitment to operate for at least 3 years).
In particular, Resolution 23 also sets out support levels for tourism infrastructure such as supporting 400 million VND/stopping point project along tourist routes.

Support 300 million VND/tourism area or spot when building a pedestrian path system with a minimum length of 500m and a minimum width of 1.5m. With the construction of natural energy lighting systems and landscape embellishment, 250 million VND may be supported.
In addition, the development of tourism products and achieving domestic and international tourism titles can receive support from 30 million VND to 300 million VND.

Support work is carried out publicly, transparently and disbursed after the project and items are completed and put into operation.
Resolution No. 23 is expected to unlock potentials and strongly attract socialized resources, determined to make Tuyen Quang tourism a key economic sector.
