To serve the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the Hanoi People's Committee has just requested the Department of Culture and Sports to direct the Hanoi Museum to arrange human resources and the entire parking lot in the campus to gather means of transporting and welcoming commune and ward delegates.
Accordingly, Hanoi assigned the Hanoi Thang Long Heritage Conservation Center to arrange the entire premises of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, including the Col Cau Stadium and 28 Dien Bien Phu, as a place to gather vehicles for delegates in the A stands area.
The entire parking lot in the premises of the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace was arranged as a gathering place for delegates in stand A.

Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School is assigned to arrange human resources. The entire parking lot in the school grounds was arranged to serve the people attending the Ceremony.
Hanoi requires People's Committees of communes and wards to review agency headquarters, public areas (educational institutions, office headquarters, etc.) as places to gather people's vehicles. At the same time, units have arranged forces to coordinate, guide, ensure security, order, traffic safety and fire prevention at parking lots.
During the four holidays on September 2 (from August 30 to September 2), Hanoi City has a policy of free bus and metro tickets for tourists.
Hanoi has also launched the E11 bus route connecting tourist destinations in the capital, making it convenient for tourists to visit.
In addition, Hanoi Metro Company Limited (Hanoi metro) adjusted the metro schedule on route 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong and route No. 3, Nhon - Cau Giay section to meet the increased travel needs of people and tourists during the holidays.
Accordingly, on 21, 24, 27 and 29.8: The train runs from 5:30 to 24:00 (traveling 2 hours longer than usual), extended by 6-10 minutes/trip, within the extended time frame, extended by 10 minutes.
August 30: The train operates from 5am to 10pm, extended by 6 minutes/trip during the 5am-8am; 10 minutes/trip during the remaining hours.
September 1: The train operates from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. (a delay of 2 hours compared to normal), extended every 10 minutes/trip throughout the day.
National Day 2.9: The train operates continuously from 0:00 to 22:00, extended by 6 minutes/trip during peak hours (4:30-7:30 and 11:45; other times are 10 minutes/trip.

- Pre-approvation: 20:00 on August 27.
- General review: 6:30 a.m. on August 30.
- Official ceremony: 6:30 a.m. on September 2.
Specific program of the Commemoration Ceremony, parade, and march on September 2:
- 6:30: Traditional tamarind rain.
- 6:45: Flag-raising ceremony.
- 6:50: Announce the reasons, introduce the delegates.
- 7:05 a.m.: Speech by Party and State leaders.
- From 7:45: parade and marching program.
- 9:45 to 10:00: The art performance ends.
