On September 1, on the occasion of National Day September 2, in An Chau town (Chau Thanh - An Giang), the Chau Thanh District Antique Association in coordination with the An Giang Province Antique Association organized a meeting of antique collectors. Hundreds of delegates, guests, collectors, antique enthusiasts from many localities in An Giang province and many other localities outside the province, such as: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Thap, Tra Vinh, Can Tho... attended.
With the theme: "Discovering the unique cultural values of the Southern people", collectors brought to the meeting thousands of unique artifacts with different materials, sizes, and manufacturing techniques. From horns, wood, metal, stone, ceramics, porcelain... to souvenirs, old household goods, old money. In particular, with the careful preparation of the Organizing Committee, it created a space for members to connect, exchange, share experiences, exchange information, artifacts... creating a meaningful "collectibles party" to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
