On January 29th, Phu Dinh Ward People's Committee announced that the Spring Flower Market on the wharf under the boats for Binh Ngo Tet 2026 will take place from February 2nd to February 15th (December 15th - 28th of the year At Ty) along the Tau Hu - Ben Nghe canal and Binh Dong road.
This year's flower market has nearly 400 stalls selling ornamental flowers, apricot blossoms, chrysanthemums, marigolds, kumquats, bonsai, fruits, vegetables, OCOP products and regional typical items. The booths are harmoniously arranged with vivid decorative miniatures, creating visual highlights for visitors to visit and take photos.
The highlight of this year's spring flower market is the Phu Dinh miniature landscape cluster welcoming spring on Nguyen Van Cua street. The miniature landscape is inspired by the image of boats carrying spring flowers and goods, combined with the mascot of Binh Ngo year, showing the connection between Phu Dinh ward (HCMC) and Vinh Long province in cultural and tourism development. The bow of the boat facing the main road means reaching out to sea, opening up a smooth new year.
The Don ca tai tu art program on ghe bau takes place from February 12th to February 15th along the Tau Hu canal, bringing a rustic, deep artistic space contributing to preserving and spreading the value of Southern Don ca tai tu - a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
