Michelin Guide Vietnam 2026 officially announced in Hanoi, marking the fourth consecutive year Michelin Guide has been present in Vietnam and a special milestone of 100 years since the Michelin Star ranking system was born globally.
This year, Michelin Guide Vietnam continues to recognize the strong development of Vietnam's culinary industry with 11 restaurants achieving 1 Michelin Star (including 2 new restaurants), 72 addresses awarded the Bib Gourmand title (11 new addresses) and 110 establishments in the Michelin Selected list (9 new addresses).
In addition, the Michelin Guide continues to honor 3 Michelin Green Star restaurants, recognizing their efforts in developing sustainable cuisine.
For Da Nang, the city continues to make its mark in all important categories including Michelin Star, Michelin Green Star, Bib Gourmand and Michelin Selected. In particular, Michelin Guide 2026 recorded 3 newly achieved Bib Gourmand addresses including Ba Vui, Banh Beo - Banh Dap, Le Gia Khang and 1 newly achieved Michelin Selected address, Di Hoa.
In 2026, Da Nang will have a total of 47 dining establishments honored by Michelin Guide, including 1 restaurant with 1 Michelin Star, 1 restaurant with Michelin Green Star, 23 Bib Gourmand establishments and 23 Michelin Selected addresses.
La Maison 1888 at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort continues to be the only representative of Da Nang to be awarded 1 Michelin Star.
Meanwhile, Nen Danang Restaurant continues to be awarded the Michelin Green Star. Chef Summer Le's restaurant features a seasonal menu that changes periodically to offer new experiences.



In the list of Bib Gourmand 2026, Da Nang has 3 new addresses recognized by Michelin Guide.
Ba Vui is a family-run restaurant with more than 40 years of history, famous for chicken vermicelli and chicken sticky rice with local flavors.
Banh Beo - Banh Dap is a long-standing address in the city center, specializing in serving Central Vietnamese folk cakes such as banh beo and banh dap.
Le Gia Khang was selected by the Michelin Guide thanks to Hue beef noodle soup and broth prepared according to traditional recipes.
Thus, Da Nang currently has 23 establishments that have achieved the Bib Gourmand title, including: An Thoi, Ba Dong, Ba Vui, Banh Beo - Banh Dap, Banh Xeo 76, Banh Xeo Tom Nhay Co Ba, Be Ni 2, Bun Bo Ba Roi, Bun Bo Hue Ba Thuong, Bun Cha Ca 109, Bun Cha Ca Hon, Co Chu Nho, Indian Aroma, Le Gia Khang, My Quang Sua Hong Van, Nam Hien, Ngoc Chi, Phu Hong, Quan Nhan, Que Xua, Rang, Shamballa and Thia Go.

In the Michelin Selected category, Di Hoa is a new address of Da Nang added in 2026.
