Northeast winds inland will gradually strengthen to level 2-3, coastal areas to level 3-4.
In the North, North Central and Central Central regions, the weather continues to be cold. From the night of January 10-12, the mountainous and midland areas of the North will be very cold, with some places experiencing severe cold. Frost and frost are likely to occur in the high mountainous areas; from January 11-12, the Northern Delta and Thanh Hoa regions will be very cold.
