According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the area from Quang Binh to Phu Yen will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall from 20-40mm, locally over 80mm. Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (>80mm/6 hours). From noon on October 12, heavy rain will gradually decrease.

In addition, in the afternoon and evening of October 12, in the Southern Central Highlands and the Southern region, there will be rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm, locally over 90mm.

Warning: Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall ranging from 20-50mm, some places over 80mm. Residents and tourists should be on guard against the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes in the above provinces.

From October 15-18, the South will have cloudy skies with widespread rain, with the possibility of rain in the early morning due to the impact of low-level easterly wind disturbances combined with the equatorial low pressure trough.

Meanwhile, the North and North Central regions will have rain in some places; in the mountainous and midland areas of the North, from about October 14-16, there is a possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms.
