The strongest wind near the storm center is level 13 (134-149km/h), gusting to level 16. Moving northwest at about 15km/h, then heading towards the southwest sea of Taiwan (China).
Meanwhile, Typhoon No. 8 Toraji has now weakened to a tropical depression. Its maximum wind speed will reach below level 6 tomorrow.
