In the afternoon, the temperature in the North will increase slightly, the highest level is 19-21 degrees Celsius. A cold air mass is forecast to arrive from December 19 to 21. The strengthening cold air will cause light rain in some places, and severe cold at night and in the morning in many places.
Nghe An and Ha Tinh areas tomorrow will have some rain, sunny in the afternoon, cold weather. From Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa there will be scattered rain and showers. The North will be cold. Heavy rain causes the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in many districts.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
