Northeast wind inland increases to level 3, coastal areas level 3-4, some places have gusts of level 6.
In the North and North Central regions, from tomorrow night it will be cold, with severe cold in the mountainous areas of the North. From the night of February 3, the area from Quang Binh to Hue will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North and North Central regions will generally be from 11-14 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North 8-10 degrees Celsius, in the high mountainous areas below 6 degrees Celsius in some places; in the area from Quang Binh to Hue, it will be generally 14-17 degrees Celsius.
Hanoi area will get cold from tomorrow, the lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 12-14 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of cold air, from this evening and tomorrow night, the Northern region will have scattered showers and rain. There is a possibility of severe cold in mountainous areas. Residents and tourists should be on guard during thunderstorms with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
