Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (>100mm/6 hours).
Tomorrow (November 22), in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh areas, there will be rain, showers, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm, locally over 60mm.
From tonight to November 24, there is a possibility of a flood on the rivers from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai. There is a high risk of flooding in low-lying areas along the rivers, flash floods and landslides on steep slopes in mountainous areas from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai.
In the North, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An tomorrow there will be rain in some places at night, sunny during the day. Early morning and night will be cold with the lowest temperature at 21-23 degrees Celsius.
