This evening and tonight (October 23), cold air continues to affect some other places in the Northwest and Central Central regions. Northeast wind level 3, coastal areas level 4-5.
During this cold air mass, the weather in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will be cool; from the night of October 23, the night and morning will be cold, especially in the mountainous areas of the North, the night and morning will be cold. The lowest temperature in the North is generally from 19-21 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas 17-19 degrees Celsius, in the high mountainous areas, some places are below 16 degrees Celsius; in Thanh Hoa - Nghe An, the lowest temperature is generally from 20-23 degrees Celsius.

In the East Sea, storm Trami (Vietnamese name is Tra Mi) will move northwest at a speed of about 15km/h; the storm center is located on the mainland west of Luzon Island (Philippines) on the morning of October 24. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 12.
By October 25, the storm will move west at a speed of about 10-15km/h, entering the East Sea; in the eastern sea area of the North East Sea, 650km east-northeast of Hoang Sa. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 12; natural disaster risk level 3.
