The lowest temperature during this cold spell in the North and North Central regions is generally between 12-15 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas below 10 degrees Celsius; in the area from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue, it is generally 15-18 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening, from tonight to tomorrow, December 27, in the area from Thua Thien Hue to Phu Yen, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall from 30-80mm, locally over 150mm.
In Quang Tri and Khanh Hoa areas tomorrow, there will be rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall from 15-30mm, locally over 70mm. From December 28, heavy rain is likely to gradually decrease. People need to be on guard during thunderstorms with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
