Due to the influence of cold air, in the North and Central Central regions, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms. In the area from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue and from Binh Dinh to Khanh Hoa tomorrow, there will be rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall from 15-30mm, locally over 70mm.
