According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, tomorrow (December 3), the Northern and North Central regions will have rain in some places, with early fog and scattered light fog. The average temperature will be around 20-22 degrees Celsius.
From December 5th onwards, the North will turn cold when receiving a cold front that will cause scattered rain. The average daily temperature in the North is likely to drop below 20 degrees Celsius, the lowest temperature in the highlands will drop below 10 degrees Celsius in some places.
It will not be until around the second half of December that the North is likely to experience the first severe cold spell of this winter.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. The Northern Central Highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
