From around December 6-7, there will be a cold spell of moderate to strong intensity affecting the Northern and Central regions, causing a period of rain but not much. During this cold spell, the average temperature in the North is likely to drop below 20 degrees Celsius.
For the Central region, on December 6 and 7, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain over a wide area, with the weather turning cold all day and night.
In the South Central, Southern Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing heavy rain. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that may include tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
