The area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan will have scattered showers and thunderstorms tomorrow. Due to the influence of the strengthening cold air, from the night of January 9, the area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
