More than 200,000 visitors safely play and swim in Vung Tau beach
On the afternoon of September 2nd, the Vung Tau Ward Public Service Supply Center (HCMC) said that during the day, the locality welcomed more than 38,500 visitors; supported the search for 3 stray children, cared for them and safely handed them over to their families.
During the 5 days of the September 2nd holiday, Vung Tau welcomed a total of more than 207,000 visitors and ensured safety for tourists to play and relax. Among them, there were 5 cases of danger when swimming in the sea that were promptly supported and recovered their health; supported the search, care and safe handover of 28 stray children to their families.
At the same time, the security and order situation; environmental sanitation, urban aesthetics at destinations, public areas, and markets in the area are ensured. In the area, there is no recorded situation of tourists complaining about being overcharged, raising prices, or selling at prices not in accordance with listed prices...
The locality has also prepared to ensure safety for people and tourists enjoying the fireworks display on the night of September 2. Traffic diversion, parking area arrangement... have also been implemented.
Many tourists lingered to enjoy fireworks
In the late afternoon of September 2nd, the beach in Vung Tau was still quite crowded with tourists playing and swimming. Many people excitedly played in the cool water, jumping in the waves crashing against the shore; also many people chose to play and relax on the sandy beach.

Ms. Kim Hong (tourist from Lam Dong) said that her family will stay to have fun, and will leave Vung Tau after enjoying the anticipated fireworks display.
The children like to watch fireworks, so we stayed longer in Vung Tau. The family checked out at noon, and soon we will rent a room by the hour to shower, go for dinner and then enjoy fireworks together before leaving Vung Tau," Ms. Hong said.
Many others also stayed in Vung Tau to wait for the fireworks night, some checked in at the coastal park, some relaxed and rested in cafes waiting at night.

To watch fireworks, visitors can go to the end of Le Hong Phong street; along Thuy Van park; Bai Sau beach, or some high-lying places in Vung Tau to experience fireworks during the holiday.
