In addition, localities, tourist areas and attractions in Hanoi also hold many attractive cultural programs and activities such as: The walking space around Hoan Kiem Lake, its vicinity and the walking streets in the Old Quarter will be extended from 7:00 p.m. on August 30 to 12:00 a.m. on September 3; The Vietnamese Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, Son Tay town with the program "Happy Independence Day" during the 4-day holiday; Bao Son Paradise Park, Hoai Duc district will organize the Fairyland Festival; the Thang Long Imperial Citadel relic site will organize a free puppet show from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on September 1 - 2; The Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam opens the exhibition "The Ink Pen Still Fragrant" from August 31 to September 25; Tuan Chau Sea Park, Hanoi, Quoc Oai district with the Tinh Hoa Bac Bo performance program has a fireworks display on the evening of September 2.
In districts: Thanh Oai, Me Linh, Thuong Tin, Nam Tu Liem, Hoan Kiem also organized many special art performances to celebrate National Day.

Hanoi Department of Tourism requires tourist areas, tourist attractions, accommodation, food and beverage service establishments, and shopping services when serving customers: ensure disease prevention regulations; ensure fire safety, food safety, and environmental sanitation; strictly comply with public price posting, do not force customers to cheat and take advantage; promote civilized behavior and set up a hotline to provide information and resolve complaints.
