Today, August 27, a delegation of 4,500 Indians, employees of billionaire Dilip Shanghvi's pharmaceutical corporation Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited, will travel to Vietnam.
The delegation is expected to be divided into 6-7 small groups and come to Vietnam in several batches. The group stayed in Hanoi for 4 days, then visited Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh).

This is considered one of the largest Indian tourist groups ever to travel to Vietnam, far exceeding the usual size of 100 - 200 guests.
The main attractions in the announced itinerary include famous places and scenic spots in the above three provinces and cities. In Hanoi, the delegation is expected to visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (outside), Hoa Lo prison relics, and Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam.

When arriving in Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh), the group is not expected to stay overnight, only visit the Bay on route 1 including Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, Cho Da Islet, Ba Hang Cave, Dinh Huong Islet, Trong Mai Islet (Gamecock).
