The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hung Yen has just issued a plan to organize the Keo Pagoda Autumn Festival in 2025 to preserve and promote the value of cultural heritage, contributing to the development of tourism and cultural industry in the province.
According to the plan, the festival aims to educate the tradition of patriotism, national pride, the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking", honoring the merits of the monk St. Kitts and Lotus and ancestors who built and defended the country.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to serve the needs of belief, visit, and learn about the historical and architectural values of Keo Pagoda relic - one of the typical ancient pagodas in the Northern Delta.

The festival is organized solemnly, safely, economically, harmoniously combining traditional and modern elements, expressing the unique cultural identity of the land and people of Hung Yen. The organizing committee focuses on promoting a civilized lifestyle during the festival, ensuring security and order, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation and traffic safety.
The ceremony includes many unique traditional rituals such as the Opening Ceremony, the Procession of the Saint, the puppet show to worship the Saint, the frog dance, the rowing boat to worship the Saint, the Lantern Festival, and the ritual activities of the people and Buddhists. The opening ceremony will take place at 8:30 a.m. on October 30 at the special national relic site of Keo Pagoda, Vu Tien commune.
The Keo Pagoda Autumn Festival is an important occasion to honor the value of cultural heritage, attract tourists from all over the world and contribute to promoting the image of Hung Yen tourism that is increasingly developed, civilized and imbued with identity.
