According to Decision No. 2497 (September 30), signed by Permanent Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee Tong Thanh Hai, the list of relics in the province will be approved and announced until December 31, 2024. The whole province currently has 45 relics subject to inventory and management.
Of which, 32 relics have been ranked at all levels and 13 relics have been inventoried but have not been ranked.
5 national relics are currently ranked in Lai Chau province, including: King Le Thai To Memorial Site (Le Loi Commune), Hang Tien Son (Binh Lu Commune), Pusamcap (Doan Ket Ward), Nam Tun (Phong Tho Commune) and Cau May Waterfall and Cau Troi Gate in Hoang Lien Pass area (Binh Lu Commune).
27 provincial-level relics include: Deo Van Long Palace (Le Loi Commune), Nang Han Temple (Phong Tho Commune and Khong Lao Commune), Pavi Ancient Stone Road ( Sin Suoi Ho Commune), PuTaLeng Peak (ta Leng Commune) ...
In addition to the recognized relics, the list is also included in 13 relics that have been inventoried (not yet ranked), including: Bach Moc Luong Tu peak, Ta Lien Son peak, Pu Si Lung peak, Muong Than field, and Ta Gia Bay...
Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to review and evaluate the list every 5 years. At the same time, the Department will preside over the development of scientific records to submit to competent authorities for ranking for relics in the inventory list.
Assign the People's Committees of communes and wards to carry out state management of relics on the inventory list assigned for management. Every year, review and declare additional relics in the management area that are not on the inventory list.
