Lang Son will launch low-altitude fireworks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2

Lang Son - On the occasion of National Day 2.9 this year, after the art program, the province will organize a low-altitude fireworks display combining sound and light for 15 minutes.

On August 25, information from the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province said that in order to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), Lang Son province will organize many unique cultural and artistic activities.

According to the plan, on August 29, 2025, provincial leaders and organizations will offer incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site (Dong Kinh Ward), Monument of comrade Hoang Van Thu (Luong Van Tri Ward) and visit the Martyrs' Cemetery in Tam Thanh Ward.

The highlight of the event series is the welcoming art program that will take place at 8:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025 at the Hung Vuong Street stage, Luong Van Tri ward.

Right after the art program, Lang Son will organize a low-altitude fireworks display combining sound and light for 15 minutes.

At the same time, from August to September, the province will organize many rich activities.

Specifically, including the thematic exhibition program "August Revolution, 1945 - The Great turning point of the Vietnamese revolution in the 20th century" at the Provincial Museum (15.8-15.9.2025); a commemorative film screening of documentaries and historical feature films at Dong Kinh Theater and mobile film screening teams (12.8-12.9.2025).

Exhibiting and introducing books about the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 at the Provincial Library (10.8-15.9.2025); exchanging folk songs with Then and sli melodies, traveling on September 2 at Hoang Van Thu Monument and an exhibition of cheering paintings to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day from August 6 to September 10, 2025.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province, this year's series of activities is not only an opportunity to review the heroic revolutionary tradition of the nation, but also an opportunity to promote the image of dynamic and integrated Lang Son, contributing to educating the young generation about patriotism and the aspiration to build a prosperous country.
