To celebrate Lunar New Year 2025, Hoa Binh will organize 11 fireworks displays in most districts and cities in the province, specifically including:
- Hoa Binh 1 Bridge, Hoa Binh City.
- Mai Chau District Stadium.
- Tan Lac District Stadium.
- Lac Thuy District Stadium.
- New urban area (Sao area, Bo town) in Kim Boi district.
- Luong Son Town Center and Ben Market Area, Thanh Cao Commune, Luong Son District.
- Buffalo Hill, Vu Ban Town, Lac Son District.
- Cao Phong District Cultural House.
- Da Bac town, Da Bac district.
- 30/4 Square, Yen Thuy district center.
Fireworks will be displayed for no more than 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 29. Funding for the event will be drawn from socialized funding contributed by organizations, businesses and individuals inside and outside the province.
The number of fireworks display locations in Hoa Binh this year is the same as last year to serve entertainment needs as well as create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for locals and tourists.
The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province requires that the organization of fireworks on New Year's Eve must have close coordination among forces; the preparation and implementation process until completion must be carried out in accordance with current legal regulations.
Along with that, the province requires ensuring security, order and traffic safety at fireworks display locations, and absolute safety for people and equipment throughout the process before, during and after fireworks display.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned specific tasks to the Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, functional departments, branches and districts and cities to ensure safety.
Residents and tourists who go to watch fireworks at the locations can bring drinks and snacks, especially should wear warm clothes because the weather is very cold at night. In addition, please note to protect your belongings and personal property.
