On June 13, the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Ninh Thuan province said that it is coordinating with the Center for Trade and Investment Promotion of Ho Chi Minh City to organize the 2025 Product Connection and Introduction Week at the Export Showroom (92-96 Nguyen Hue, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
The opening ceremony took place on the morning of June 13 with the participation of leaders of departments and branches of the two localities and representatives of more than 20 small and medium-sized enterprises from Ninh Thuan, retail groups, supermarkets, distributors, and e-commerce platforms in Ho Chi Minh City.
The program aims to create conditions for businesses to promote their products, find partners and expand consumption markets.
Within the framework of the event, more than 20 Ninh Thuan enterprises displayed OCOP products, processed agricultural products and local specialties to serve shopping needs, connecting with consumers and distributors during the 7 days of the event.
Currently, Ninh Thuan has 270 valid OCOP products, of which 42 products have achieved 4 stars or more.
Many products such as aloe vera, asparagus, green apple, cashew, purple onions... have been exported. Almond-based products alone are present in 22 countries with an export value of about 3.5 million USD per year.
Ninh Thuan is also actively implementing the program "Each commune has one product", not only improving product quality but also promoting promotional activities, bringing products into a modern distribution system, store chain and linking with tourism activities.
At the same time, the province operates a local e-commerce platform, supporting 94 businesses with 368 products participating in the digital platform, creating flexible consumption channels, in line with the current digital transformation trend.
