Recently, a Vietnamese pho restaurant named "Qua" was featured on tvN's Line Up Restaurant program. Thanks to that, the restaurant welcomed more customers in Korea.
Blogger Dopeu also visited the restaurant located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. She tried the restaurant's two most famous dishes: beef pho and vermicelli with grilled pork. The bowl of pho had a lot of onions and a standard Vietnamese flavor, making Dopeu extremely satisfied.
"The pho was so delicious that it surprised me. The owner said that the flavor was 100% the same as Hanoi pho. Why is it so delicious? The broth is rich and the meat is fragrant, so delicious that I could faint."
The restaurant's Bun Cha includes charcoal grilled meat, shrimp patties and vermicelli, served with sweet and sour fish sauce. The meat is grilled over charcoal, giving it a smoky aroma.
"Put meat, noodles and vegetables in the dipping sauce and eat it. It's delicious. The sweet and sour taste makes me crave it forever. This is truly an addictive dish. The spring rolls are crispy and rich. It's the taste of happiness," Dopeu wrote.
Dopeu said she and her friends finished the food very quickly and were satisfied with the food and service at the restaurant.
"The food was so delicious that we kept talking about it all the way home. I even said I wanted to come back for more. The taste and atmosphere of the restaurant were impeccable. I will come here many more times in the future, and will definitely try the rib noodle soup as well," the female customer shared.
