Quang Binh promotes tourism promotion, investment promotion in the Czech Republic

Quang Binh - The province organized a working session with the Karlovy Vary government, opening up opportunities for cooperation in tourism, investment and cultural industry in the Czech Republic.

On June 3, within the framework of the Vietnam Local Promotion Program in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Belgium, the Quang Binh Provincial Delegation had an important working session with the government of Karlovy Vary Province, Czech Republic.

This is the opening event for a series of promotional, tourism and investment activities of Quang Binh province in Europe. The mission was led by Mr. Doan Ngoc Lam - Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Joining the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Cong Huan - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and representatives of relevant departments and branches.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Andrea Pfeffer Ferklova - Mayor of Karlovy Vary city and members of the Regional Council; Mr. Nguyen Dong Trung - Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural diplomacy (Ministry of Foreign Affairs); Mr. Duong Hoai Nam - Ambassador of Vietnam to the Czech Republic.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Ngoc Lam presented an overview of the development potential and priority areas to attract investment in Quang Binh, especially emphasizing resort tourism, cultural tourism, cultural industry and developing filming destination.

He proposed establishing a cooperative relationship between Quang Binh and Karlovy Vary in the fields of tourism, innovation, science and technology and sustainable investment.

Ms. Andrea Pfeffer Ferklova expressed her impression of the development potential of Quang Binh, and affirmed that Karlovy Vary is ready to coordinate and support Vietnamese localities to promote tourism cooperation and community development.

She also emphasized the connecting role of the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic in promoting bilateral cooperation.

Establishing cooperative relations with a locality with strengths in tourism and creative industry like Karlovy Vary opens up new development directions for Quang Binh in the international arena.

From June 4 to 13, the Quang Binh Provincial Working Group will continue investment promotion and image promotion activities in the Czech Republic, Belgium and Switzerland, contributing to bringing the image of Quang Binh closer to international friends.
