According to Mr. Do Van Tan - Vice Chairman of Sa Pa Town People's Committee, many winter festivals with attractive events will be continuously held from now until the end of the year in Sa Pa, including: Cherry Blossom Festival held at O Long tea hill (O Quy Ho); Festival at Ban May (Fansipan cable car station); International Mountain Marathon, from November 28 to December 1, 2024); Sports tourism activities to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of Sa Pa Party Committee.
In particular, the New Year's Eve 2025 art night will bring a vibrant Tet atmosphere with a carefully prepared and grand Countdown event, promising an exciting new year to Sa Pa town.
Also on this occasion, Sa Pa town prepares a cultural space with the most typical features of ethnic minorities so that visitors can have more authentic and vivid experiences.
"We believe that with the efforts of the local government, together with the support of the Lao Cai Provincial Tourism Association, especially the cooperation of tourism businesses in Sa Pa with attractive stimulus packages in the past time, we will create a synchronous solution to attract visitors back to Sa Pa at the end of this year and early 2025" - Mr. Do Van Tan said.
Lao Cai’s biggest tourism stimulus program of the year has received a huge response.
