The proposal to set 2 Guinness records for the show "Symphony of the Green Island" has been around since the beginning of this year, when the show was still in the process of developing ideas, after many discussions and agreeing on appraisal criteria, supporting documents, measurement equipment, images, operating charts and independent witness teams in accordance with international standards.
Accordingly, the inspection requires full assurance, from the technical documents of the performance equipment (jetski, flyboard, fireworks), safe operating configuration, athlete training process, stage plan at sea, squad map and previous testing video. Each document must be independently censored by the GWR.
Guinness representatives also asked the organizers to appoint independent witnesses outside the organizing unit, including fireworks experts, water sports technicians, and safety monitoring - to ensure absolute objectivity.

For the personal record of "athletes doing the most rounds of flyboard rowing in a minute", the conditions checked include: Inspection of flyboard equipment, altitude - water flow speed, shoulder structure, safety standards, athletes' ability to control their bodies in the air and wave conditions at the time of implementation.
Athlete Tomasz Kubik successfully completed 43 backflip shots in 60 seconds, surpassing the current world record of 41. The number of times is monitored by multi-angle recording devices, independent witness groups and a speed-angle sensing system.
Setting this world record feels very special. Everything was more difficult with great pressure. But when I finished the final run, I knew I had overcome my limits, and that feeling was amazing, said athlete Tomasz.
According to the coaching team, during the training process to prepare for the show, athlete Tomasz achieved 46 consecutive trips in perfect weather and technical conditions. This opens up the possibility that throughout the show season lasting until early September in Cat Ba, the audience can witness him continue to conquer - even breaking deeper than the record he has just set.
I practice constantly to overcome my limits. If there was nice weather, good spirit and the audience cheered enthusiastically... who knows what would happen on the Cat Ba sea surface?" - he shared more.

With the collective record of "Largest Jetskis formation launching firework" - Largest Jetskis formation launching firework", Guinness representative conducted an inspection of the number of vehicles, conditions for attaching fireworks on the jetski (including fireworks, explosive equipment, synchronous mechanism with sound and light), operating team diagram, operation accuracy and coordination ability between the operator and the central technical system.
During the appraisal, 20 jetski simultaneously operated complex movements, both maintaining speed and safety, while ensuring that fireworks were detonated accurately with each beat of music - laser light - water.
After the official appraisal results, the 2 record contents were confirmed to be valid and eligible for announcement. The information was officially posted by GWR on its website on May 23.
"We not only evaluate results with the naked eye but also with an independent monitoring system, specific technical standards for each record. What we recorded today in Cat Ba is very convincing. The accuracy of the jetski formation, the technical difficulty of the flyboard and the combination of sports, art and fireworks - all meet international standards" - Guinness representative assessed.

According to the plan, the handling of these two records to the representative of the Organizing Committee and individual athlete Tomasz Kubik will be made on the opening night of the "Green Island Symphony" show, expected to open on the evening of May 30 and only last until early September.
Organized by H2O Events and LaserVision, the show is a combination of three adventure performances including: jetski, flyboard and jetsurf - on the background of music combining the effects of fireworks, water fireworks, stage lights unprecedented in Vietnam, in a plot based on Cat Ba fairy fairy tale and the theory of the five Guardians in Eastern culture.
The show is the focus of the new product series launched by Sun Group in the center of the island, including Vui-Fest night market, restaurant cluster The Forest Beach Club and The Sea Beach Club and green transportation system.
