Mr. Nguyen Vu Long - a tourist from Dak Lak - felt that cruise ship owners have very strict instructions on safety on the ship. After the boat capsize incident in Ha Long, Mr. Vu Long's family was a bit worried when deciding to go to Nha Trang.

The bay management board also established groups to discuss on social networks, connecting with hydrometeorological stations, ports and businesses operating in the bay to immediately update weather information.
