Lao Cai - On the afternoon of October 13, at Cat Cat Tourist Area, the People's Committee of Ta Van commune organized a Workshop on "Developing tourism economy, night-time economy associated with sustainable agriculture".

At the workshop, speakers, experts, and businessmen brought many multidimensional, practical and enthusiastic perspectives revolving around three key contents on Sustainable tourism economic development - taking cultural identity as the foundation, taking nature as the advantage, taking people as the center; Developing the night-time economy - aiming to expand tourism space, create new livelihoods for people, forming the brand " Muong Hoa Night - Ta Van Night"; Developing sustainable agriculture - in a green, organic direction, associated with experiential tourism and enhancing the value of local products.

Ta Van - a land located in Muong Hoa valley, with upstream rivers and tops of mountains with majestic landscapes surrounded by the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and the Muong Hoa stream winding like a soft silk strip, is a place of intersection between sky and earth, between people and nature.

For a long time, this place has become a symbol of cultural identity, community tourism and the aspiration to rise up of ethnic minorities. After many stages of development, Ta Van has today been transforming strongly: From a purely agricultural commune to an eco-tourism center, experiencing the unique culture of Sa Pa area and Lao Cai province.

Organize Muong Hoa night market, culinary space, traditional art performances, traditional handicrafts, experience highland folk games; It is necessary to form typical organic production areas, develop unique OCOP products such as: Hang Da beautiful wine, Linh Huong mushrooms, organic vegetables, herbs, honey, specialty rice, clean - green - safe local dishes...
