The Management Board of Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourist Area (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province) requests travel agencies (Cao Bang Tourism Joint Stock Company, Global International Travel Group Joint Stock Company) to notify tourists.
For visitors who have registered and paid fees, the units need to consider refunding or handling them in a harmonious manner.

The activity of transporting visitors back and forth between Ban Gioc Waterfall Scenic Area (Vietnam) - Duc Thien (China) has been deployed pilot operation from September 15, 2023.
To date, about 12,000 visitors have entered and exited the country for sightseeing and tourism. Of these, 570 groups from China to Vietnam with 6,987 visitors, and 369 groups from Vietnam to China with 4,947 visitors.
Customs clearance procedures are handled flexibly, scientifically, civilly and in accordance with regulations by the immigration, customs and quarantine forces, creating favorable conditions for tourists from both sides to travel to the Scenic Area.
The activities of picking up and dropping off tourists are coordinated smoothly by travel agencies, complying with the laws of both sides.
