On December 4, the Celebrity Solstice ship carrying more than 2,500 international visitors safely docked at Thi Vai General Port (Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), starting a journey to visit and explore experiences in Vietnam. Saigontourist Travel Service Company welcomes and provides sightseeing services for tourists on the ship.
In 2025, this ship has brought international tourists to visit and experience Vietnam many times. This is also an international cruise ship "taking land" in Ho Chi Minh City right after the Lunar New Year 2025; and the last time bringing international visitors to Ho Chi Minh City was in mid-November.
After completing the entry procedures, tourists leave the boat in many groups to participate in journeys to explore the central area of Ho Chi Minh City; the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau) and some other localities during the day.
In particular, visitors can choose some tour routes such as a tour to Vung Tau with famous destinations such as Chua Kito statue, Niet Ban Tinh Xa, Than Thang Tam Communal House, Bach Dinh... or a countryside tour to experience some craft villages of handmade rice paper, wine making, Hoa Long market, Long Dien ancient house to experience during the day.
At around 8:00 p.m., the Celebrity Solstice ship will take tourists from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, then continue to Ha Long for international tourists to visit and experience before ending the journey in Hong Kong (China). The ship had previously departed from Singapore, taking tourists to Thailand to visit before calling Vietnam.
