On the afternoon of Hanoi, group tickets for SP1 and SP3 trains will be reduced by 5% for groups of 11 to 28 people; reduced by 7% for groups of 29 to 56 people and reduced by 9% for groups of 57 people or more.
On the afternoon of Lao Cai, group tickets for SP2, SP4, and SP10 trains will be reduced by 11% for groups of 11 to 28 people; reduced by 13% for groups of 29 to 56 people and reduced by 15% for groups of 57 people or more.
For groups of tour companies with tour guides, tour guides get a 50% discount on tickets. Each group of 20 to 50 people has 1 tour guide with a discount; from 51 to 100 people have 2 tour guides and from 101 people or more have 3 tour guides enjoying this policy.
Individual customers who buy round-trip tickets will receive a 5% discount on return tickets. In addition, passengers who are members of the loyal customer program will also enjoy a discount according to the card class: 3% for regular customer cards; 10% for silver VIP cards; 15% for yellow VIP cards and 20% for diamond VIP cards.
Currently, the Hanoi - Lao Cai railway line has 2 pairs of trains operating every day. In the afternoon, the SP3 train departs from Hanoi station at 22:00, arriving at Lao Cai station at 5:55; the SP7 train departs at 22:40, arriving at 6:25. The price of 4-bed accommodation tickets ranges from 420,000 - 461,000 VND/ticket/trip.
In the afternoon, SP8 left Lao Cai station at 12:05, arrived at Hanoi station at 11:37; SP4 departed at 9:30 p.m., arriving at 5:35 a.m. The price of a 4-bed bed room in the afternoon is significantly lower, ranging from 230,000 - 270,000 VND/ticket/trip.
In addition, the railway industry also started selling shuttle bus tickets from Lao Cai Station to Sapa and vice versa, with pick-up and drop-off points within a radius of 2km from the stone church. The transfer bus ticket price is 55,000 VND/trip.
