Artisans promote the process of cooking pho and side dishes such as fried dough sticks, from the ingredient selection, making pho noodles to cooking broth.

One of the notable highlights of this year's Festival is the application of technology in organizing activities, with the launch of Pho AI - a smart chatbot assistant. This tool supports visitors to look up information, track schedules, interact with program content, and at the same time contribute to optimizing event organization in the context of digital transformation.
Within the framework of the event, an international seminar with the theme "Flower becoming a UNESCO heritage and spreading internationally" will be held. Here, experts and researchers discussed the development journey of Vietnamese pho - from traditional dishes to global culinary heritages, and analyzed the process and challenges in preparing a dossier to submit to UNESCO to recognize Pho as an intangible cultural heritage.
Festival Pho 2025 is directed by the Hanoi People's Committee Office, the City Convention Center, coordinated with the Department of Tourism, Thang Long Heritage Conservation Center - Hanoi and media units. The festival takes place at Thang Long Imperial Citadel until the end of April 20, entering the door of free.
