Tuyen Quang honored in many categories at tourism awards

Tuyen Quang - Many units, businesses and tourist destinations of the province were honored at the VITA Awards 2026 Award Ceremony organized by the Vietnam Tourism Association.

On July 9, the Vietnam Tourism Association organized the VITA Awards 2026 Award Ceremony on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam's Tourism industry.

With the message "Honoring values - Spreading brands - Connecting development", VITA Awards 2026 awarded 106 prizes in 9 categories to localities, businesses and units from 20 provinces and cities with outstanding achievements in management, tourism promotion, destination development, product development, service quality improvement, digital transformation and green tourism development.

At the award ceremony, many units, businesses, cooperatives and cultural and tourism villages of Tuyen Quang province were honored in many categories.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang province is recognized as the state management agency for tourism in the locality with achievements in advising on the promulgation of breakthrough, creative policies, and leading tourism development support.

In addition, Tha village community cultural tourism village (Ha Giang 1 ward) and Nam Dam community cultural tourism village (Quan Ba commune) were honored in the category of Best Tourism Village.

In addition, UNESCO Global Geopark Dong Van Karst Plateau was awarded the title of Top Natural Destination attracting tourists; Dong Van Old Quarter was honored as a Destination with rich cultural products; H'Mong Village Resort was awarded the title of Top Luxury Resort.

This is a recognition of the efforts and contributions of units and localities in tourism development, contributing to promoting the image, people and tourism potential of Tuyen Quang province.

At the same time, the awards also create motivation for units to continue to innovate, improve the quality of operations, build unique tourism products, and promote tourism development in a green, sustainable and integrated direction.

The VITA Awards 2026 not only honors the typical values of Vietnam's tourism industry but also contributes to spreading effective development models, strengthening connections between localities and businesses, gradually improving competitiveness, and building Vietnam's tourism brand in the international arena.
