According to the official dispatch, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to strengthen propaganda and raise people's awareness about wildlife and biodiversity protection; not to carry out acts of hunting, trapping, buying, selling, transporting, storing and illegally consuming endangered, precious and rare wild animals and migratory birds.
At the same time, functional sectors organize environmental monitoring, assess the current status of wild flora and fauna, investigate and statistically analyze the development of bird populations in the garden to serve the work of protecting, upgrading and expanding this area.
