On April 29, Vung Tau Ward People's Committee (HCMC) said that it had sent a document to Vung Tau Cable Car Tourism Joint Stock Company (the investor of Ho May tourist area) regarding the deployment of a connecting line between Vi Ba road and alley 444 Tran Phu, creating a smooth road across the top of Tuong Ky mountain (commonly known as Big Mountain).
In which, Vung Tau Cable Car Tourism Joint Stock Company will open a connection point from Vi Ba road to the south gate of Ho May tourist area, the width of the connection point is about 3m, and the length is about 10m. At the same time, leveling to create ground and opening a connection point to the north of Ho May tourist area. Combined with the existing traffic road in Ho May tourist area, it forms a smooth road through Big Mountain.
Based on the actual situation, businesses can install steel fences along the existing traffic routes within the tourist area, to separate public traffic and internal activities.
According to the People's Committee of Vung Tau ward, through creating a continuous road, it will improve the efficiency of patrol and control work, and organize the good implementation of forest fire prevention and fighting in the area. At the same time, maximize the advantages of forest - sea - urban areas, promote the tourism exploitation efficiency of the Big Mountain area, and create unique tourism products for Vung Tau.
Representatives of Ho May Tourist Area said that they have received notifications and worked with local authorities on the above content. The enterprise will work with competent authorities of Vung Tau ward to agree on contents such as deployment time, scale, progress... and implement the opening of connection points, expected to be deployed after the April 30 - May 1 holiday.
