Phu Quoc City alone welcomed nearly 4 million visitors (including more than 562,000 international visitors), with a total revenue of more than 12,800 billion VND.

Currently, Phu Quoc welcomes international flights to such as: Korea; Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai (China); Malaysia; Thailand and some countries fly charter flights to the pearl island. Among them, South Korea is the country with the most flights to Phu Quoc with 4 airlines currently operating.
According to Phu Quoc International Airport, every day the pearl island has about 41 to 43 flights arriving, a large increase compared to before. The number of international flights to the pearl island increased by 186%, of which international arrivals increased by 134.8% over the same period in 2023.
According to statistics, the number of tourists from Korea and Taiwan (China) accounts for a large proportion of the number of international visitors to the Pearl Island, followed by the number of visitors from Europe and Central Asia. From now until the end of the year, the number of flights and international visitors will continue to increase compared to previous years.
