Winter always brings a pleasant feeling of chills, but it comes with dry, dull skin and lack of vitality. Not always does moisturizer completely solve this condition. Many experts believe that taking care of your skin from within with activities that improve circulation and reduce stress is the key to sustainability. One of them is yoga.

According to Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu, a yoga expert at Akhanda Yoga Institute, India, many yoga poses increase blood flow to the face, stimulate oxygen to nourish skin cells and reduce stress, which can cause dull skin and acne. He believes that just by exercising regularly for 10 - 15 minutes a day, the skin can become brighter and clearer.

Here are 10 basic yoga poses, easy to practice and suitable for busy people in winter:

Fish pose (Matsyasana): Open your chest, improve breathing, increase blood on your face. Hold a few breaths to let your skin "light up".

Facial pimp (Adho Mukha Svanasana): The reverse V pose helps push blood up the head, reduce face swelling, and improve skin elasticity.

Dhanurasana: stimulates digestion, a factor directly related to the smoothness of the skin.

Bhujangasana: According to Dr. Vishvketu, this move reduces stress and improves breathing factors that greatly affect skin quality.

Plow (Halasana): Reverse plow of blood flowing onto the face, helping to immediately brighten skin, while supporting sleep.

Baby pose (Balasana): Relieve pressure, help the skin recover thanks to better blood circulation.
