1. Green cheese potato salad with onions
Preparation:
1 kg of potatoes cut into blocks
1⁄2 cup of purple onions diced with pomegranate seeds
1⁄2 cup diced celery
1⁄2 cup of fresh onions cut into small pieces
3⁄4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons whole milk
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 tablespoon fine sea salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2 cup of crumbled green cheese
Do:
Put the potatoes in a large pan, add water, cover and bring to a boil. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove the juice and put the potatoes in a large tray. Continue to add onions, celery and onions and mix well.
